Dijon Vinaigrette
- 1/4 C vinegar or lemon juice
- 1-2 Tbsp Dijon
- 1 Tbsp minced shallot
- Flakey salt
- Pepper
- 1/4 C olive oil
- Optional: 1 Tbsp honey / maple syrup
